Hey there! I’m Keyah, a Certified Midwife Assistant, Certified Placenta Encapsulation Specialist, Childbirth Educator, newborn care specialist owner of Mama this Baby that & much more! Pregnancy, birth & postpartum are my passions. Holding space for strong birthing bodies while they bring their babies earthside is one of the most awing experiences in life. Being a parent myself, I understand how vulnerable one can feel during childbirth; unsure sometimes scared & the recovery is not always cut & dry.

 

As a member of your birth team, I am here to remind you of your power. Your body was designed for this. I aim to enlighten, encourage & support families on their journey to or through parenthood. Pregnancy & labor does not always need to be treated as an emergency but as a normal occurrence, each with different variations. I want parents to know all their options, taking care to focus on their mental, physical, emotional & spiritual well-being.
